"Transforming La Villita into a Food and Beverage Hub"

JLL has been chosen by MSLA Ventures, the owner of La Villita Assembly Hall in San Antonio, to manage retail leasing for its redevelopment into a food and beverage destination. The renovation plans include multiple restaurant spaces, event areas, an outdoor bar with patio seating, and a children’s play area.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Q2 2025 and be completed by 2027. Ford Powell & Carson will serve as the project’s architect of record while Eimer Design will handle interior design services. Kopplow Construction has been selected as the contractor.

Originally designed by renowned Texas architect O’Neil Ford in 1958, La Villita Assembly Hall is conveniently located near popular attractions such as La Villita Historic Village, Hemisfair Park, Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center,and The Alamo.

JLL’s Emily Durham,Molly Morgan,and Land Folkes have been appointed to oversee retail leasing on behalf of the landlord for this exciting transformation into a food and beverage hub.
