JLL has been selected as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for 310 and 315 Health Plaza, two prestigious office towers located near Novartis’ Northeast headquarters complex in East Hanover, NJ. The JLL team responsible for leasing includes Tim Greiner as executive managing director, Blake Goodman as managing director, and Colleen Maguire as associate.
Together totaling 350,000 square feet of space, these properties were recently acquired by New Vernon Equities from Novartis. New Vernon Equities plans to integrate them into their new Arena development project – a six-building innovation hub spanning over 625,000 square feet.
