Trammell Crow Co. has been selected by Charlotte Pipe & Foundry to develop the first phase of their former manufacturing site in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 55.5-acre site, which operated for over a century before closing last year, will also be master planned by the Dallas-based real estate company and is located in both uptown and South End areas.
