Trammell Crow Residential (TCR), the multifamily development arm of Crow Holdings, has started construction on its latest project in Worcester, MA. Alexan Worcester will be a 220-unit development located at 3 Oriol Dr., with an expected completion date in early 2026.
According to Andy Huntoon, managing director of TCR’s Northeast division, the company was drawn to this location due to Worcester’s thriving community and growth potential. The site offers convenient access to employment opportunities and cultural amenities within the city as well as proximity to UMass Memorial Medical Center and I-495.
