Trammell Crow Company (TCC) is expanding its presence in the rapidly growing Charlotte market with the addition of Tom Burr as Senior Vice President. In this role, Tom will lead multifamily development initiatives for TCC’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential (HSR). With over $800 million in value and 2,700 units developed throughout the Carolinas and Virginia at his previous position with Flournoy Development Group, Tom brings a wealth of experience to TCC.
According to HSR Principal Josh Dix, having Tom based in Charlotte will enhance their ability to identify and pursue top-notch development opportunities across two of the nation’s fastest-growing multifamily markets.
From 1974 until 2013 alone,TCC has been involved in nearly seven million square feet across North Carolina through development projects or investments. This includes some of Charlotte’s most iconic buildings like Hearst Tower and Truist Center.
