Trammell Crow’s High Street Residential (HSR) is making progress on 280 apartments at Science Square in Atlanta. The company is completing construction on a 13-story lab adjacent to the apartment site, located on the Georgia Tech campus.
Construction for The Grace was completed in August and pre-leasing for the apartments will commence in early 2024, with residents moving in by late March of that year. This building will also feature a small retail space.
Designed by Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, The Grace consists of a 14-story tower and connected six-story mid-rise building; with affordable housing options available among its total of 28 units. Amenities include a bike room, club room, outdoor courtyard with fire pits and grilling areas, resort-style pool, fitness center as well as an indoor/outdoor sky lounge offering views of Midtown and Downtown Atlanta.
