**Trammell Crow Company Breaks Ground on West 101 Logistics Center in Phoenix**
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has officially broken ground on West 101 Logistics Center, a significant new industrial development located at the southeast corner of Arizona State Route 101 (Loop 101) and East Indian School Road in Phoenix. The project will comprise five state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling approximately 1,088,747 square feet. The speculative development is anticipated to be completed by Summer 2026.
West 101 Logistics Center will feature the following buildings:
– Building 1: 169,994 square feet
– Building 2: 178,246 square feet
– Building 3: 311,853 square feet
– Building 4: 205,910 square feet
– Building 5: 222,794 square feet
Each building will offer abundant automobile parking, powerful electrical capacity, spec office areas, LED lighting, oversized grade-level doors at end-caps, full HVAC systems, and prominent opportunities for freeway-fronting signage. The buildings are available for sale or lease.
CBRE has been selected to lead marketing and leasing efforts for the entire development.
Brady Maus, Vice President with TCC’s Phoenix office, emphasized the growing strength of the local market:
“The demand we’re seeing from tenants—especially those in e-commerce, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing sectors—confirms that Phoenix is no longer an emerging market; it’s a core industrial hub.”
Project debt financing for West 101 Logistics Center is being provided by La Caisse, formerly known as CDPQ.
