Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has expanded its team in Southern California with the recent hiring of Brett Montgomery as Senior Vice President. In this role, Montgomery will be responsible for identifying and managing new development opportunities for High Street Residential, TCC’s subsidiary specializing in residential projects. Based in San Diego, he will collaborate with TCC’s Chris Tipre, Gus Avarello and Mike Annunziata to cover the San Diego, Orange County and Inland Empire markets.
According to Greg Ames, Market Leader for TCC Southern California: “Brett is a valuable addition to our growing team in San Diego as part of our larger presence across Southern California. His extensive experience and expertise in multifamily development make him an ideal fit for High Street Residential’s operations here.” Ames also notes that there is strong demand for high-end residential properties throughout the region.
Montgomery joins TCC from Alliance Residential where he served as Director of Development over five years. During his tenure there he successfully sourced opportunities worth more than $87 million while overseeing acquisition processes including entitlements and construction management totaling nearly 4,000 multifamily units across various locations within Southern California. Prior roles include positions at Fairfield Residential and The Conam Group of Companies.
