**Trammell Crow Company and Daiwa House Texas Complete 1.35M SF Blue Ridge Commerce Center in Houston**
Trammell Crow Company (TCC), in partnership with Daiwa House Texas Inc., has successfully delivered the Blue Ridge Commerce Center, a five-building industrial park in Houston, Texas. Located in Fort Bend County, this master-planned development spans 92 acres and offers a total of 1.35 million square feet of industrial space.
Construction on the project began in August 2024. The park is strategically positioned at the northwest corner of Fort Bend Parkway and McHard Road, just two miles south of Beltway 8, placing it within Houston’s high-demand southwest industrial submarket.
The development includes five industrial buildings that are now available for lease or sale. Building sizes range from 153,000 to 431,000 square feet, catering to a variety of industrial and logistics tenants.
The project team includes Seeberger Architecture as the lead architect and BGE as civil engineer. E.E. Reed Construction served as the general contractor for all buildings, while financing was provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. CBRE is handling marketing and leasing for the development.
