Trader Joe’s is expanding its presence in the Pacific Northwest with a new store at Skyview Station, a recently completed retail center in Salmon Creek, Washington. Located just six miles north of downtown Vancouver, this 13,000-square-foot location at 14019 N.E. 10th Avenue will offer convenience to residents and visitors alike.
The development of Skyview Station was led by commercial real estate firm Hurley Development based in Vancouver. With their expertise and vision, they transformed an underutilized industrial site into a thriving commercial and retail destination.
Schmidt Architects PC from Portland served as the architect for this project while Parkview Financial provided financing for construction and Montgomery Street Partners financed the site according to reports from the Vancouver Business Journal. The addition of Trader Joe’s will join other notable tenants such as Chipotle, iQ Credit Union, Chase Bank,and MOD Pizza at Skyview Station.
This new location marks another milestone for Trader Joe’s who already operates nearby stores including one on S.E Chkalov Drive along with several others throughout the Portland metro area. Stay tuned for updates on when this exciting addition will open its doors to eager shoppers in Salmon Creek!
