Trader Joe's Palmdale Distribution Center: 1M-SF Site Acquired

GFI Realty Services recently closed on the $15.750-million sale of a 117.38-acre development site located in Palmdale, California. Trader Joe’s is constructing a 1.03 million square foot distribution facility on the parcel with completion anticipated by the end of 2024, making it their first distribution center in Los Angeles County and largest in California according to City of Palmdale records.

The GFI Realty Institutional Advisory team, consisting of managing director Joshua Peck and group director Susan Annis acted as co-brokers for this transaction between Trader Joe’s and the seller . The facility will consist three buildings: an 827,000 square foot Hub building; 211,000 square foot freezer building; 6,000 accessory building – all supporting stores throughout Southern California .
