Trademark Zoning Approval Granted for 400-Unit Dallas Rental Community

The Dallas City Council has approved the rezoning of 3900 Lemmon Ave. for a mixed-use development that will feature over 400 apartments, retail space, and various amenities such as pocket parks and an amenity terrace. The project is being led by Trademark Property and will cover three acres on the corner of Lemmon Ave. and Reagan Street.

Designed by renowned Dallas architect GFF, the complex will span three to seven stories with a ground-floor restaurant space. This multi-level apartment building will replace an array of lots and a retail building.

In addition to this development, Trademark recently broke ground on another mixed-use residential project in Fort Worth called The Vickery. Set to open in Fall 2025, this community will offer upscale apartments, townhomes, retail/restaurant space totaling at least 5
