**Trademark Property Company to Oversee Management and Leasing of Winter Garden Village in Orlando**
Trademark Property Company has been selected to manage and lease Winter Garden Village, a 1.2 million-square-foot regional shopping center located in Orlando, Florida. In collaboration with the new owner, DWS—an affiliate of Deutsche Bank—Trademark will lead the property’s renovation and repositioning efforts. The shopping center was recently acquired from SITE Centers.
“We plan to continue to take advantage of Winter Garden Village’s strong tenant sales performance and trade area, which we believe is underserved for better retail and restaurants,” said Tommy Miller of Trademark.
Winter Garden Village boasts an impressive mix of national and regional tenants, including Super Target, Lowe’s, Marshalls/HomeGoods, Ulta, Old Navy, Best Buy, Ross, Burlington, PetSmart, Market by Macy’s, Nike, J.Crew, Chico’s, Kay Jewelers, Bath & Body Works, PacSun, Kirkland’s, Paradise Grills, Bonefish Grill, Trek, and Massage Envy.
Planned capital improvements at the center include enhancements to pedestrian areas and common spaces, aimed at enriching the shopping experience and drawing in new retail and dining concepts.
