Trademark Considers Cypress for Mixed-Use Development Project

Trademark Property Co. has set its sights on Cypress as the location for its next major venture. The company is currently exploring a mixed-use development within the Dunham Pointe master-planned community, having recently acquired 37 acres of land. Plans include approximately 225,000 to 250,000 square feet of retail and dining options, as well as a residential complex with around 350 units. According to reports from the Houston Business Journal , there may also be potential for office space and hotels in later phases.

This will mark Trademark’s third project in Greater Houston following successful developments such as Market Street in The Woodlands Town Center (2005) and Royal Oaks Village shopping center (2001), anchored by H-E-B.

Dunham Pointe spans over 1,300 acres and began construction earlier this year with a focus on single-family homes thus far.
