"Tractor Supply's Nine-State Sale-Leaseback Completed by ExchangeRight"

ExchangeRight, a company based in Pasadena, has recently acquired 13 properties through a sale-leaseback transaction with Tractor Supply. The purchase price was not disclosed. These properties are located in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland Ohio Pennsylvania South Carolina and Texas and have a total combined area of over 425000 square feet. This acquisition brings ExchangeRight’s portfolio of net-leased assets to more than 100 properties leased by Tractor Supply.

According to David Fisher, managing partner at ExchangeRight,”Tractor Supply is an essential goods provider with a strong BBB investment-grade credit rating from S&P – qualities that we value highly in all our tenants for our diverse range of net-leased offerings.” He also added that their consistent performance helps meet the needs of investors and they are grateful to have them as one of the top tenants across their portfolio.

The transaction was advised by JRW Realty on behalf of ExchangeRight while Berkeley Capital Advisors represented the seller. According to Melinda Marston,president at JRW Realty,”Our client has had a long-standing relationship with Tractor Supply for over ten years.”

This recent sale-leaseback deal between Exchange Right and Tractor supply highlights both companies’ commitment towards growth and stability within their respective industries.
