Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of York Farm Estates, a 77-unit townhome community located in Yorktown Heights, New York. The property sold for $15,750,000.
The transaction was managed by Marcus & Millichap brokers Matthew Gault, Seth Glasser, Michael Turkiewicz, and Michael Fusco. The team represented the seller, HVT Realty, and secured the buyer, Westchester Management LLC.
