MedStar Medical Group has recently secured a 19,739 square foot lease in the 810 Bestgate Road building located in Annapolis, MD. This brings the building to full occupancy and adds to MedStar’s existing space of 31,000 square feet. The expansion is part of MedStar Health’s efforts to broaden its orthopedics and gastroenterology practices within this location.
In addition, plans are underway for a surgery center that will focus on orthopedics, gastroenterology, and vascular procedures with an expected opening date of March 2024. The two-building development where the leased space is located offers a total of 128,000 square feet of commercial office space with LEED Gold certification. Notable features include spacious floor plates measuring at approximately25 ,000 square feet each as well as ample free parking.
The landlord was represented by Stephanie Caronna from St.John Properties while Paige Wingate and Matt Sullivan from Cushman & Wakefield represented MedStar during negotiations for this lease agreement.
