The Town of Addison has approved a development agreement with Quadrant Investment Properties to move forward with Addison Junction, a transformative $240 million mixed-use project at the Addison Circle Silver Line Station.

As part of the public-private partnership, Addison will contribute $40 million toward infrastructure improvements and the construction of two public parking garages. This investment is expected to support over $200 million in private development. Upon completion, the project is projected to generate $300 million in annual economic output and support more than 1,600 permanent jobs.

The 14-acre master-planned district will feature a 155,550-square-foot mass timber office building, a 140-room boutique hotel, and 30,000 square feet of entertainment space. The centerpiece of the development, known as The Hangar, is a 12,000-square-foot aviation-themed event venue located on DART property. Plans also include several restaurants, a Texas-inspired beer garden, rooftop patios, and vibrant public plazas.

Strategically located at the intersection of Addison Circle, Addison Airport, the Dallas North Tollway office corridor, and the town’s bus transit center, Addison Junction will be at the heart of regional connectivity. The future DART Silver Line, currently under construction, will connect Addison with key destinations including Plano, Richardson/UT Dallas, Carrollton, Cypress Waters, Dallas, and DFW International Airport via a 26-mile commuter rail system.
