**Town Lane and Kelly Sheehy Launch Seniors Housing Platform, Arcole**
Town Lane, in collaboration with seniors housing industry veteran Kelly Sheehy, has launched a new investment platform called Arcole, aimed at identifying and capitalizing on value-add and opportunistic seniors housing assets across the United States.
This initiative builds on Town Lane’s ongoing strategy in the sector, which thus far includes six seniors housing properties valued at nearly $300 million. These were completed or are under contract across four separate transactions as part of the firm’s inaugural $1.25 billion fund.
Tyler Henritze, founder and managing partner of Town Lane, expressed confidence in the new venture. “I’ve known Kelly for 25 years, and his deep understanding of the seniors housing and healthcare sectors will enable us to maximize current and future opportunities in an area where we see favorable supply and demand dynamics,” Henritze said.
Arcole aims to create value through active management, focusing on areas such as community strategy, optimal management partner alignment, operational enhancements, and capital improvements. The platform will work closely with experienced managers to elevate the living experience for residents by improving lifestyle, quality of care, and housing conditions.
The newly unveiled platform includes assets like The Goldton at Venice, a community acquired by Town Lane in August 2025.
