Town Lane has acquired two Class A Independent Living communities located in Naples and Sarasota, Florida. These properties, totaling 373 units, are situated on campuses that also include Assisted Living and Memory Care (AL/MC) facilities. The Naples community opened in 2020, while the Sarasota location was completed in 2022.
Both communities are well-positioned to benefit from favorable demographic trends, including strong net in-migration and significant growth in the 75+ and 85+ age groups.
