Oldsmar, a suburban city in Pinellas County, is planning to sell 8 acres of its city-owned property for a mixed-use development. According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, this town center project will include 250 apartment units, 27,000 square feet of food and retail space, and 8,000 square feet of office space.
After careful consideration and voting by city leaders, Oldsmar has chosen Stanbery Development Group from Ohio as the developer for this project. The firm has offered $2 million for the land. Other members of the development team include Baker Barrios Architects , Bohler Engineering , Rycon Construction , and ACRE Commercial Real Estate .
