"Town Approves Frisco's $3B Development Project, The Mix"

After the unsuccessful development of Wade Park, The Mix in Frisco is now ready to move forward. The Frisco City Council has approved a development agreement for phase one of this new project, which will cover 112 acres at the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road. JVP Management can begin work on this $3 billion project.

Although Wade Park was initially planned before The Mix, it faced financial and legal issues that caused it to stall out. However, with approval from the city council, construction on phase one of The Mix can now commence.

This first phase will span 28 acres and include approximately 100,000 square feet of retail space featuring a high-end grocer occupying 40,000 square feet; a medical office building spanning 114
