"Town Approves Frisco's $3B Development Project, The Mix"

The Mix in Frisco, a new development project, has received approval from the Frisco City Council for its first phase. This 112-acre project is located at the southeast corner of Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road and is expected to cost $3 billion.

Although Wade Park was initially planned for this location, it faced financial and legal issues which caused it to stall out. However, The Mix is now ready to go with JVP Management leading the way.

The first phase of The Mix will span 28 acres and include a variety of amenities such as retail space totaling 100,000 square feet with a high-end grocer occupying 40,000 square feet. Additionally, there will be a medical office building spanning over 114
