Lee & Associates – WBE successfully facilitated a 61,000-square-foot industrial lease for Wise Foods, a salty snack maker. The new location is situated at 70 Maltese Dr. in Totowa, NJ and was arranged by the firm’s tenant brokers Andrew Stypa, Daniel Badenhausen and Kyle Janoczkin. The landlord Longpoint was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

Wise Foods is headquartered in Berwick, PA and is reportedly the largest regional snack food company in the U.S. This new lease accounts for more than half of 70 Maltese Dr., as it serves as both a relocation and expansion from their previous Bergen County location. Stypa has been working with Wise Foods for over ten years.

According to Stypa: “Our client found this property’s Passaic County address very appealing due to its convenient access to major roads.” After conducting an extensive six-month site search on behalf of Wise Foods, they ultimately chose this property due to its functionality, features and size which perfectly met their additional space requirements.
