Toro Development Company (TDC) is making strides towards its ambitious mixed-use project in Johns Creek, located northeast of Atlanta. With a $44 million investment on 43 acres of land, TDC has big plans for the site which currently includes a four-story building, an unfinished office building and a large parking lot.
Last fall saw the completion of demolition on one of the office buildings. The team is now focused on incorporating the remaining structure into their master plan by converting its ground floor into retail and restaurant space while renovating the upper floors for office use. Construction is expected to begin later this year.
