Toro Moving on Johns Creek Mixed-Use Project "Toro Moves Forward with Johns Creek Mixed-Use Project"

Toro Development Company (TDC) is making significant progress towards its ambitious mixed-use project in Johns Creek, located in the northeast of Atlanta. With a $44 million investment on 43 acres of land, TDC has acquired a four-story building and an unfinished second office building along with a large parking lot.

Last fall, demolition was completed for one of the office buildings. The team plans to incorporate the remaining structure into their master plan by converting the ground floor into retail and restaurant spaces while renovating the upper floors for office use. Construction is expected to begin later this year.

The development will be known as Medley and will offer 200,000 square feet of vibrant retail, dining and entertainment options within a lively public space. Additionally, it will feature 900 luxurious residences including townhomes and apartments; as well as 110,000 square feet of modern offices. A central greenspace will also be included in this project that can host community events and gatherings.

This exciting venture by Toro Development Company marks another milestone towards enhancing Johns Creek’s urban landscape without compromising on quality or convenience.
