Toro Development Company (TDC) is currently in the process of preparing for a large mixed-use project in Johns Creek, located northeast of Atlanta. With 43 acres of land purchased for $44 million, TDC has ambitious plans to transform the area into a bustling community hub.
Last fall, one office building was demolished and plans are underway to incorporate the remaining building into the master plan. The ground floor will be stripped out to make room for retail and restaurant space while also renovating the office space above. Construction is expected to begin later this year.
