Arlo Hotels, owned by Quadrum Global, is set to open its newest location in Washington D.C. in August 2024. This boutique hotel boasts a modern luxury design while preserving the historical significance of the property. Spanning over 229,846 square feet and standing at 12 stories tall, Arlo Washington D.C. includes the restoration of The Harrison Apartments – dating back to 1882 as one of D.C.’s oldest surviving conventional apartment buildings.
The hotel’s amenities are spread across floors six through twelve and include a penthouse suite, four meeting rooms, an indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge with pool access, a restaurant and bar area known as “Bodega,” and an inviting interior courtyard.
Quadrum Global founder and CEO Oleg Pavlov expressed his excitement for restoring this historic property that has been vacant for approximately fifteen years: “It is truly an honor to revitalize this significant building in D.C., creating a welcoming space for both locals and visitors alike while staying true to its legacy.”
