The newest iteration of immersive sports entertainment is making its way to Dallas. Batbox, a cutting-edge baseball “eatertainment” concept that combines technology, hospitality and an immersive sporting experience, is set to open in early 2025.
Located in the Village on the Parkway in Addison, this will be Batbox’s first venue in the United States. Spanning over 13,000 square feet and equipped with 10 state-of-the-art baseball simulators and a lively sports bar area, it aims to cater to a diverse audience.
With plans for expansion across America by 2030, Batbox envisions establishing more than 25 locations at an estimated cost of $3-5 million each. The company initially launched its flagship location in Mexico back in 2019.
At the heart of Batbox’s success lies Strikezon – their proprietary baseball simulator technology that promises an authentic and captivating experience suitable for all ages. Groups of up to eighteen players can book a bay at Batbox where they can compete against each other through three-, six-, or nine-inning games as well as home run derbies and pitching contests.
