Touchstone, a Seattle-based commercial real estate firm, and Portman Holdings, an Atlanta-based real estate development company, along with joint-venture partner Lionstone Investments have announced the topping-off of two mixed-use buildings in their transformative “Chapter Buildings” project. The office and life science space is being leased by CBRE’s Greg Inglin, David Abbott and Laura Ford while Gibraltar’s Tracy Cornell, Laura Miller and Brett Frank-Looney are handling retail leasing.

The property is located in the heart of Seattle’s U-District which is one of the nation’s fastest-growing innovation districts. It includes two buildings – “Chapter Building I,” a 12-story building spanning 252,000 square feet at 4530 12th Avenue NE; and “Chapter Building II,” a 10-story building covering153
