JLL has appointed Susan Gore as an independent, non-executive member of its Board of Directors. She will also serve on the Audit and Risk and Nominating, Governance and Sustainability Committees. With over 30 years of experience at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Gore brings a wealth of expertise to the firm.

Amy Ethridge has been promoted to senior property management coordinator at Regency Properties. In this new role, she will support the department in managing assigned properties by developing strategic plans, working with vendors for services, and assisting with tenant moveouts. Additionally,Zaike Connor joins as a maintenance technician for Regency’s Southern Indiana properties while Regina Hamman takes on the role of senior property management coordinator.

Governor JB Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Commerceand Economic Opportunity have awarded $1.2 million in grant funding to 11 recipients through the Illinois APEX Accelerator.This funding will support economic development centers,academic institutions,and private nonprofit organizations in their efforts to provide small businesses with resources for securing government contracts.
