Tribeca Investment Group, PGIM Real Estate, and Meadow Partners are pleased to announce the signing of a significant lease with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP (Quinn) at 295 Fifth Avenue. This relocation marks the largest in Midtown South for 2023.
The transaction was negotiated by CBRE’s team of David Hollander, Peter Turchin, Mary Ann Tighe, Brett Shannon Liz Lash and Hayden Pascal on behalf of ownership. Quinn was represented by CBRE’s Lewis Miller Greg Maurer-Hollaender and Cara Chayet. According to Tighe: “This deal reflects a growing trend in Midtown South where traditional industries are taking advantage of upgraded buildings to attract top talent as technology firms decrease their leasing activity.”
295 Fifth Avenue underwent a $350 million redevelopment project which was completed in April 2023. The building now offers outdoor workspaces, flexible interiors and hospitality amenities for an enhanced employee experience.
This is the largest relocation lease in Midtown South for ’23.
