Korean media company MediaWill, in partnership with Tony Park, has acquired a 113,000-square-foot office building in Midtown Manhattan for $37 million. The property is located at 110 West 32nd Street (also known as 115 West 31st Street) and was sold by RJF Realty after approximately four decades of ownership. Under the new ownership, the plan is to convert the office building into residential units and retail spaces on the ground and mezzanine levels. Amenities such as a fitness center and rooftop lounge will also be added.
During negotiations, Tony Park was represented by Elad Dror of PD Properties while Albert Sultan and Sophia Gaines of KSR represented RJF Realty. This acquisition marks an exciting transition for this prime property in Midtown Manhattan.
