Restaurateur Tony Kavaja has finalized a lease agreement for a new restaurant concept called Osteria Nonnino at 637 Hudson Street in the West Village. The eatery will occupy 2,594-square-feet of space on the ground floor and basement level of the mixed-use building. John DiGangi from Thomas Murro Realty LLC facilitated this transaction, which is expected to open in Q3 2023.
