Toll Brothers Purchase Expanded Milpitas Residential Parcel

True Life Companies (TTLC) has sold South Main Street and Panchal Assemblage to Toll Brothers, a move that will bring new, market-rate housing to Milpitas. The 2.35-acre parcel is located in the growing city with the highest tech employment per capita in the area. TTLC’s original proposal of 41 townhomes was amended by incorporating unused acreage from an adjacent lot, resulting in a total of 57 residences being built onsite.

Scott Menard, Executive Vice President at TTLC commented: “We identified Milpitas as an ideal city for us to repurpose obsolete commercial property and help satisfy the need for new housing – we’re thrilled to play a role in positively impacting this rising community.”
