This 267,597-square-foot warehouse facility is strategically situated at the intersection of Interstate 24 and Sam Ridley Parkway and is conveniently close to both Interstate 840 and Nashville International Airport BNA.
The property was acquired by IP Capital Partners LLC (IPCP) from Sagard Real Estate – a leading real estate investment advisor with assets under management totaling approximately $5 billion.
Colliers’ Max Smith and Zac Cypress represented the seller during this transaction. According to Smith, the property currently has one tenant on a short-term lease but could easily be converted into a multi-tenant distribution center.
