Tishman Speyer & Silverstein Secure $330M Refinancing for Midtown Office Tower

Tishman Speyer and Silverstein Properties have finalized a $330 million refinancing of their Class-A office tower at 11 West 42nd Street in Bryant Park. Bank of America provided the new loan, with Taconic Capital as mezzanine lender, which will retire the existing debt and support ongoing leasing efforts. The 32-story tower is now 99% occupied by tenants such as Michael Kors, Citizen’s Bank and Trust, New York University and Kohn Pederson Fox due to over 321,000 square feet leased in the past two years.

Representing Tishman Speyer and Silverstein was a Newmark team led by Dustin Stolly, Jordan Roeschlaub Nick Scribani & Chris Kramer during this transaction process. This successful refinancing marks another milestone for this iconic Midtown Manhattan office building located within Bryant Park’s vibrant district.
