Fashion Nova, a popular retailer, has recently acquired an office campus in Beverly Hills to serve as its new global headquarters. The 175,000-square-foot building located at 407 N. Maple Dr. was purchased directly from Tishman Speyer by founder and CEO Richard Saghian for $118 million in an all-cash deal.
This new headquarters will not only provide modern and comfortable workspaces for over 500 corporate employees but also feature the exclusive Nova Social Club – a collaborative space reserved for creators, influencers, celebrities, and VIP guests. Additionally, it will house the Nova Founders Lab incubator-accelerator program.
The purchase of 407 N. Maple Dr marks Saghian’s third major real estate acquisition in Greater Los Angeles within the past two years. In early 2023 he acquired the Fashion Nova Malibu Beach House on Carbon Beach spanning over 6,000 square feet and just this March he purchased The One – a massive mansion listed as the largest home in America located in Bel Air.
With these recent acquisitions under his belt,Saghian is solidifying Fashion Nova’s presence and influence within Los Angeles’ luxury real estate market.
