**Tishman Speyer Secures $331 Million for Second Phase of Jersey City Residential Project**

Tishman Speyer has secured full construction financing for 50 Hudson Street, the second tower in its two-building residential development along the Jersey City waterfront. The $331 million construction loan, led by CDPQ, will fund the development of the 40-story building, with construction expected to begin this spring and completion projected for 2028.

Situated along the Hudson River, 50 Hudson Street will feature 924 rental apartments, offering a variety of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. It follows the first phase of the project at 55 Hudson Street, which is currently under construction and will deliver 1,017 rental units. That building is anticipated to open in early 2027.

Tishman Speyer has assembled a notable team for the project, including Handel Architects, Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects, landscape architects Hollander Design and Melillo Bauer Carman, and interior designer Michaelis Boyd. Construction of 50 Hudson will be led by a joint venture between Noble Construction and Hunter Roberts, serving as the general contractor.

The development marks a significant milestone in Jersey City’s transformation into a vibrant residential hub along the Hudson waterfront.
