### Tishman Speyer Secures 240,000-SF Lease Extension at Chicago’s CME Center

Tishman Speyer has completed a 240,000-square-foot lease extension with global energy firm bp at CME Center, located in Chicago’s West Loop district.

Bp will continue to occupy the seventh through tenth floors of 10, 20, and 30 South Wacker Drive, maintaining its current footprint. The lease extension ensures bp’s presence at the campus through at least 2032. Tishman Speyer was represented by Ellen May from its in-house leasing team, while bp was represented by Matt Carolan, Andy Strand, and Kevin Morgan of JLL.

CME Center comprises two 40-story office towers at 10 and 30 South Wacker Drive, connected by a 10-story center structure. Tishman Speyer, in collaboration with Chicago-based architecture firm Kreuck Sexton Partners, recently undertook a comprehensive redesign of the building’s lobby, façade, and entrances. The updated lobby now features a modern boulevard seamlessly connecting the two towers, the concourse, and the river, providing direct access to Wacker Drive.
