**Retail Expansion Announced at Residences at Mazza in Friendship Heights**
Tishman Speyer has announced a dynamic retail lineup coming to the street level of the Residences at Mazza, a new luxury residential development located in the heart of Friendship Heights.
TJ Maxx recently launched a 41,165-square-foot store at the property, bringing its value-focused fashion and home goods offerings to the neighborhood. Additionally, Total Wine & More is set to open a 29,135-square-foot location this fall, providing a wide selection of wines, spirits, and beers.
The growing retail mix will also feature a fast-casual salad restaurant, set to open a 1,774-square-foot space in 2025, and Inspire Nail Bar, which will unveil a 1,786-square-foot salon. In 2026, Wonder, a rising mealtime platform, will open a 3,252-square-foot location.
Residences at Mazza enjoys a prime location near several other prominent retailers, enhancing its appeal as a residential and shopping destination. Nearby stores include Whole Foods, Rodman’s, Starbucks, Bloomingdale’s, Sephora, and a soon-to-open Trader Joe’s across the street.
The property is managed and leased by Bozzuto Management, a leader in residential property management. Tishman Speyer manages the retail leasing program in-house. Bradley Buslik, David Ward, and Alex Sheil of H&R Retail represented Tishman Speyer in the executed retail deals.
