Tishman Speyer has acquired Avia at North Springs, a 502-unit workforce housing community located in the Sandy Springs suburb of Atlanta. The residential complex will be renamed Randolph Perimeter and managed via Tishman Speyer’s TS Communities platform.
Ty Barnes, Managing Director at Tishman Speyer, commented on the acquisition: “Atlanta’s diverse economy and strong infrastructure make it an ideal location for investments that preserve quality workforce housing. Randolph Perimeter offers residents great schools, transportation options such as direct access to MARTA North Springs Station via private walking trail and GA-400 highway nearby as well as dining, retail and entertainment options.” He added “We are excited to become part of this vibrant community.”
