TireHub Signs 405,000 SF Lease with Mapletree in San Bernardino

TireHub, the national tire distributor formed by The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Bridgestone Americas, has signed a lease for 404,725 square feet at 1089 E. Mill Street in San Bernardino. The property is owned and managed by Mapletree, a global real estate development and investment firm. Lease terms were not disclosed.

The industrial warehouse, which offers immediate access to the I-10, I-210, and I-215 freeways as well as San Bernardino International Airport, features 30-foot clear heights, 102 dock doors, 67 trailer parking stalls, and 4,266 square feet of office space.

Kenneth Andersen and Rick John of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented Mapletree in the transaction, along with Steve Provencio, asset manager for Mapletree.

Headquartered in Singapore, Mapletree owns and manages over 66 million square feet of industrial assets across the United States. Since entering the U.S. market in 2014, the company has developed a diversified portfolio that includes logistics properties, data centers, offices, student housing, and multifamily residential assets.
