Clearway Pain Solutions, a leading pain management medical practice, has recently signed a lease with Padonia Place, LP for 10,490 square feet of space at 2405 York Road. This transaction marks the full occupancy of the three-story medical office building in Timonium.
The ground floor and second floor spaces totaling to 6,400 and 4,100 square feet respectively have been leased by Clearway. The landlord was represented by Vice President Henson Ford and Real Estate Advisor Dylan Bozel from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services while Ben Brooks from Lee & Associates | Maryland represented the tenant in this lease agreement.
According to Ford,”There is high demand for medical office buildings especially in suburban areas.” He further added that “In recent years we have observed major healthcare centers along with hospitals and physician groups opening secondary facilities in prominent retail centers to take advantage of their strategic locations near densely populated areas as well as easy access via highways and free parking.”
