Timberlane Acquires Denver Apartments for $386K per Unit

Timberlane Partners recently purchased 2828 Zuni, a luxury apartment complex in Denver’s sought-after LoHi neighborhood. The acquisition was made through Timberlane Acquisition Fund, a closed-end multi-family fund managed by the company. The property was acquired for $40.5 million, with each unit averaging at $386,000.

Originally developed by Canwest in 2013 and designed by the Mulhern Group, 2828 Zuni offers 105 high-end residential units including spacious studio apartments and one- to two-bedroom units. As part of their acquisition strategy, Timberlane plans to make significant improvements to both the common areas and individual units.

Conveniently located at the intersection of I-25 and North Speer Blvd., residents have easy access to major employment centers as well as outdoor recreational areas such as Cherry Creek Trail and Confluence Park.
