According to reports from Dallas Business Journal, Fort Worth developer Tillar Partners has announced plans for a $120 million mixed-use project on Panther Island. The development will span about 12 acres and feature Class A office space above retail units with structured parking. Known as Vaquero Panther Island, this project encompasses approximately 512,000 square feet and has potential to spur further private development.
