Tidal Real Estate Secures $78.6M Refinancing for Savannah Apartments

Walker & Dunlop has successfully arranged a $78.6 million bridge loan to refinance the existing construction loan for Ann Street Lofts, a mixed-use multifamily property located in Savannah’s Historic District. The property was completed in 2023 and consists of 232 units across six stories, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms.

Led by the W&D NY Capital Markets team and with assistance from BentallGreenOak as the lender, this five-year floating-rate bridge loan replaces previous construction debt provided by Cerberus Capital Management on behalf of client Tidal Real Estate Partners LP.
