Tidal Real Estate Partners Secures $371M for The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences

Tidal Real Estate Partners has secured $371 million in financing to advance the development of The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences, a 28-story mixed-use tower featuring 261 hotel rooms and 84 luxury residential units. The funding was provided by Madison Realty Capital and KSL Capital Partners.

The upcoming property will offer a variety of high-end amenities, including multiple restaurant and bar concepts, fully separate lobbies and gyms for hotel guests and residents, and shared features such as a spa, golf simulator, conference rooms, and 8,300 square feet of combined ballroom and pre-function space. A rooftop pool and bar, complete with cabanas and panoramic views of downtown Nashville, will top off the luxury experience.

Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Institutional Advisory, in collaboration with the Walker & Dunlop Hospitality Team, arranged the transaction on behalf of Tidal Real Estate Partners. The deal was led by Keith Kurland, Aaron Appel, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz, Dustin Stolly, Ari Hirt, and Michael Ianno from the Capital Markets team, along with Jay Morrow, Carter Gradwell, and Jack Hughes from the Hospitality team.
