### TIAA’s Frisco Hub Offers Premium Amenities for Employees

TIAA’s newly opened corporate hub in Frisco is setting a high standard for workplace perks, offering an array of amenities aimed at enhancing employee productivity and well-being. The 15-story, 500,000-square-foot building, located at 3965 Dallas Parkway within The Star, currently houses 1,000 employees.

Among its standout features, the facility includes an on-site medical center with three exam rooms, staffed by a full-time doctor and nurse practitioner. Employees have access to physicals, vaccinations, illness testing, massage therapy, and dermatology services. Additionally, a full-service pharmacy provides prescriptions and over-the-counter medications at cost.

The campus also boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center and, coming in March, a 310-seat auditorium along with a food hall featuring rotating cuisine options tied to seasonal and affinity group celebrations. Outdoor spaces such as a garden, putting green, pickleball court, and terraces offer employees opportunities for fresh air and relaxation.

For recreation, the hub includes arcade games, a golf simulator, shuffleboard, billiards, and table tennis. Further enhancing the work environment, the office is decorated with more than 100 pieces of art and supports sustainability efforts with over 100 electric vehicle charging stations.

With these amenities, TIAA’s Frisco hub exemplifies the company’s commitment to fostering a workplace that prioritizes both employee well-being and productivity.
