It is truly one-of-a-kind gem situated between two vibrant neighborhoods- Dupont and Logan circle surrounded by excellent dining options , shops , embassies,and hotels . Additionally,it offers convenient access via major thoroughfare like Sixteenth street,NW . Recently we opened our state-of-the-art fitness and wellness studio in partnership with FLEX DC, offering instructor-led classes to tenants several times a week. To complement this facility, we have also built brand new locker rooms complete with spa-grade finishes , individual secure lockers , showers and towel services . Furthermore, we are currently constructing a gender-neutral restroom equipped with shower facilities – an initiative that stemmed from feedback received from potential tenants. We continue to prioritize such initiatives based on our interactions with both prospective and existing groups.

4.What sets your building apart from others in the area?

The outdoor courtyard- essentially a private park- featuring lush rose gardens as well as newly installed tables,chairs,and umbrellas for additional gathering space . It is truly an oasis amidst the hustle-bustle of Washington D.C.

5.What types of companies currently occupy your building? How do you envision other businesses fitting into this community?

Our tenant mix is diverse ranging from small law firms, associations,npo’s,private companies to prestigious universities like Notre Dame University,Maryland University,School of Nursing at Johns Hopkins university,and James Madison university.Our conferencing facilities offer maximum flexibility allowing for classroom-style setups if needed.The first floor has been recently renovated can accommodate up-to 250 people comfortably while being fully equipped AV/IT needs .

6.How does Dupont Circle fare as a neighborhood for office spaces?

I may be biased,but I believe no other area compares to Dupont circle.As hospitality-infused models gain popularity,Dupont continues its legacy by providing unparalleled opportunities establish presence within Washington D.C.’s heart.Dupont remains unscathed unlike downtown areas which makes it ideal thriving community boasting farmers markets,fine dining options among many others.
